The Erasmus+ RISE UP project, in which researchers from the FUNIBER network are participating, is launching a set of resources to strengthen climate resilience in higher education
The Erasmus+ RISE UP project (2024–2027), with the participation of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO)—an institution that is part of the International Academic Network of the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER), has presented the “Teacher Toolbox for Transformative Climate Resilience.” This new resource is intended for higher education professionals and aims to integrate emotional, psychological, and social dimensions into education on climate change and sustainable development. Ángel Olider Rojas Vistorte, professor at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), part of the network of universities with which FUNIBER collaborates, will participate on June 10 in Münster (Germany) in the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project RISE UP - Resilience, Innovation, and University Student Empowerment through reflective Climate Education and Action (2024-2027) on climate education.
