On February 26th at 6:00 p.m. (Spain), the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) will present the “Doctoral Project Management” webinar by Daybel Pañellas in Spanish.
The event is held in collaboration with the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de Puerto Rico (International Iberoamerican University, UNIB), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Iberoamerican University of Mexico, UNINI México), the Fundación Universitaria Internacional de Colombia (International University Foundation of Colombia, UNINCOL), the Universidade Internacional do Cuanza (International University of Cuanza, UNIC), and the Universidad de La Romana (University of La Romana, UNIROMANA).
The purpose of this webinar is to strengthen the planning, organization, and management skills necessary for the doctoral process, promoting both academic quality and personal well-being. The speaker, based on the experiences of doctoral students, will invite reflection and action. The session addresses the doctorate phases, the development of realistic timelines, the relationship with the mentor, academic productivity, and emotional balance.
Daybel Pañellas holds a Doctorate in Psychological Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Pañellas has developed an outstanding academic and scientific career in national and international institutions. As a specialist in social and group psychology, she has researched issues related to inequalities and social identities and has received multiple awards for her teaching and scientific work. She currently works with migrants in a non-governmental organization and maintains her academic activity through thesis management and the publication of scientific articles.
