The Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) will host the webinar “Reducing Student Dropout: Experiences from the WITH_YOU Project” on September 30 at 17:00 hours (Spain time). The session will be led by Dr. Kilian Tutusaus, Dr. Jorge Crespo and Dr. Javier Ozón.
The event is held in collaboration with the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de Puerto Rico (International Iberoamerican University, UNIB), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Iberoamerican University of Mexico, UNINI Mexico), the Fundación Universitaria Internacional de Colombia (International University Foundation of Colombia, UNINCOL), the Universidade Internacional do Cuanza (International University of Cuanza, UNIC), and the Universidad de La Romana (University of La Romana, UNIROMANA).
The speakers include: Jorge Crespo, coordinator of UNEATLANTICO’s Postgraduate Programs and professor in the fields of mathematics and statistics; Kilian Tutusaus, director of educational technology; and Javier Ozón, professor and researcher at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
All of them are participants in the project “Dynamic Student Modeling Technologies and Digital Assistants for Improved Results in E-learning Platforms” WITH_YOU (2022-2025), led by Editores y Consultores Especializados (Specialized Publishers and Consultants, ECE), with UNEATLANTICO and UPC also involved.
The project, which will conclude this October, is aimed at creating a digital platform to improve the monitoring of university students enrolled in academic programs through virtual learning environments.

In addition to this event, Jorge Crespo will participate in the 18th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation ICERI2025, to be held November 10-12 in Seville, Spain, to showcase the results of the project.
The initiative is framed within the state research plan 2021-2023 within the call for Public-Private Collaboration Projects 2021.
