The Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (Ibero-American University Foundation, FUNIBER) joins forces with the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) and the Business and Climate Foundation (FEC) to organize the fourth edition of the International Climate Action Congress (CIACC). This congress arises in response to the urgent need to address the problems leading to the climate crisis.
This event, which will take place from July 1 to 3 at the UNEATLANTICO campus in Santander, Cantabria, aims to address the challenges of the climate crisis through cooperation, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
The opening day, which will take place at the Gran Casino Sardinero, will feature an exclusive concert by the Santander Municipal Band and a welcome dinner. During the congress, there will be keynote speeches, round tables, and networking opportunities to encourage interaction among participants.
Among the topics to be addressed are nature restoration and biodiversity, the double materiality matrix in sustainability reports, the impact of climate change on health, nature-based solutions, the use of hydrogen in industry, and energy efficiency and sustainable construction.
