FUNIBER joins Learn Africa with a 100% scholarship to pursue a master’s degree at the European University of the Atlantic
The Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) is participating this year in the Learn Africa program, promoted by the Women for Africa Foundation, by awarding a 100% scholarship to African women who wish to pursue graduate studies. This initiative is part of the collaboration agreement recently signed between both institutions, with the aim of expanding higher education opportunities for women on the African continent in a particularly demanding and changing international context. Researchers from the FUNIBER network analyze the use of Chatbots in clinical nutrition education
A team of researchers linked to the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) network, led by faculty from the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), has published the results of the study titled Innovative Application of Chatbots in Clinical Nutrition Education: The E+DIEting_Lab Experience in University Students. The article, which addresses the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the training of health professionals, evaluates the efficacy of new digital tools in the academic environment. Dr. Francesca Giampieri and Fernando Maniega, members of the Food, Nutritional Biochemistry, and Health Research Group at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), an institution that is part of the academic network of the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER), are participating in an international study. This study analyzes how parents' nutritional knowledge and attitudes directly influence their children's adoption of the Mediterranean diet. Read more
