PHotoFUNIBER’20 International Photography Contest ends with a high level of participation

The Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) launched on February 10th the 2nd International Photography Contest, PHotoFUNIBER’20, with categories of participation: Abstract, Photojournalism, Nature and Heritage

The decision has been published on the contest website today, with a total of 12 winning photographs.

Two prizes were set for each category. One, chosen by the Jury of Honor and the other by popular vote.

The prize for each category chosen by the Jury of Honor is 400 Euros and a scholarship of 80% to study one of the programs promoted by FUNIBER. And the prize for each category chosen by popular vote is 300 euros and a 50% scholarship to study one of the programs promoted by FUNIBER.

In addition, a special FUNIBER Prize has been awarded to the 2 best photographs presented by postgraduate students with a FUNIBER scholarship, worth 200 € for each photograph. Prizes have also been awarded to the 2 best photographs presented by students and/or former students of the European University of the Atlantic, who will receive a prize of 200 € each.

From all of us at FUNIBER we want to congratulate the winners of the 2nd International Photography Contest and all those who have participated as well, emphasizing the high level of participation and quality of the submitted materials.

The contest counted with the collaboration of the European University of the Atlantic, the International Iberoamerican University (UNINI-Mexico), the International University Foundation in Colombia (UNINCOL) and the International Iberoamerican University (UNINI Puerto Rico).

The winning photographs will be exhibited in the exhibition hall of the European University of the Atlantic in Santander (Spain), as was done with the winning photographs of the previous edition.
