FUNIBER launches the new PhD in Economic and Business Law
The new PhD program sponsored by FUNIBER, will begin from January 15th 2017, and it will be taught in Spanish and in Portuguese. The degree is awarded by the Iberoamerican International University (UNINI México)
The PhD in Business and Economic Law aims to train professionals capable of giving response to the global, complex and always changing reality of the economic and business law at a national and international scope.
In this regard, the PhD is designed for professors, researchers or qualified professionals who wish to apply convenient, sustainable and competitive solutions in the law, economic and business fields.
In order to coping with the legal requirements which are specific to the economic and business fields, FUNIBER has designed a study plan that contains diverse subjects and methodologies, in which the student chooses to specialize in one of these line of research: Economic Law or Business Law.
Furthermore, the PhD is characterized by its collaborative training model, that is to say, all the subjects include group tasks and discussion forums do that students put into practice critical thinking and reflection.
The Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER) offers the possibility to benefit from the Training Fellowships Program to study any of the programs sponsored by the Foundation, thus extending its commitment to Social Responsibility.
